Welcome to Alturas de Miramar! We will do everything to make you feel at home.
Here below you will find some rules that will help our guests to spend a good time with us.
1- Alturas de Miramar welcomes family tourism. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and it is therefore forbidden to introduce strangers in the house at any time.
2- Guests will be required upon arrival, to provide staff with their passports for registration prescribed by law.
3- Guests will do their best to respect rest, peace and privacy of other customers. Therefore, they are asked to limit noise, including music, especially at night time.
4- Children under 6 years of age are not allowed, except if both rooms are rented by the same family.
5- Animals are not allowed.
6- Smoking inside the house is forbidden. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, such as porch and patio.
7- The areas available for guests, beside of course their rooms, are the living room and the porch. Access to kitchen and patio is permitted only in the presence of staff.
8- Guests will have their room key, but not the house keys. The staff will always be there, day and night, for opening.
9- Breakfast may be served either in the kitchen, or in the living room, porch or patio, depending on the circumstances. The staff, if possible, will try to satisfy customer’s preferences. Customers, in order to be punctually served in the morning, will indicate to the staff the preferred time for breakfast before midnight of the previous day.
10- - At their arrival, guests will find in their room a bottle of one and a half liters of mineral water included in the price. A list of additional drinks or snacks, with the related costs, will be provided upon demand.
11- The check in cannot take place before 14:00, unless previously agreed at the time of booking.
12- Check out can’t take place after 12:00 , unless previously agreed at the time of booking.
Important.
Alturas de Miramar, due to the typology of its rooms (stairs leading to the sleeping area) is not recommended for disabled or senior customers and in general for people who can’t easily climb stairs.
